hobonichi release day 2020

I am not so excited for Hobonichi release day this year. I couldn't find any interesting cover. Still, I bought things on the release day on September 1st.

I tried to keep everything below $100 to avoid unnecessary tax in my country. So, prefer to buy things in (small) batches. Normally, I will use this moment to buy predictable sold-out items or cover. Since I don't feel like buying expensive things --I'm kinda broke at this moment-- so I just bought the essentials. 

Here are the things I bought.

- A Hobonichi Card Case to store some important cards or loose notes (432 yen)

 

- My Hobonichi Stencil (the Speech Bubbles) is broken, so I bought this one (370 yen) for replacement.

- This Multi 8 Set is a mechanical pencil with multicolour pencil leads. It's quite expensive (3,240 yen) so I hope it's worthed.

- A must-have plastic Cover on Cover for A6 size. Well, I bought two.. just in case. (216 yen each)

- Plastic sleeve Hobonichi Folder Set by Naoko Horiguchi is in A5 size. I like the graphic design and I can use it for keeping loose sheet of paper. Will pair it with my A5 ring binder. (464 yen)

- The color of Hobonichi Pencil Board (warm gray-pink) is sooo me. I bought for the A6 size (216 yen)

- The usual Planner Book 2020 in English A6 size (2,700 yen)

Planner options are more interesting. Beside the Original Techo A6 (in Japanese), English A6, and Cousin A5, they now have undated techo as well. Inside, there's monthly section and plain grid pages instead of day-per-page. You need to wait until November 1st to buy this undated techo. 

For those who'd like to try bullet journaling in tomoe river paper, they also have Plain Notebook. I was thinking to buy this plain notebook.. but I was hesitating. I think it's kinda pricey (972 yen) for a plain grid notebook. 

Lastly, is the Five-year Techo. It's suitable for thoose who want to note down only the essentials for each day and see the timeline for 5 years span. For the time being, I don't think it's the right planner for me. But to mark the nice figures of 5 year (2020-2025), it might be interesting to have one.

hobonichi release day

September the 1st. 11:00 (a.m.) Japan Time.

For hobonichi fans, that means the day to be wait for every year. It's the day when the upcoming (year of) hobonichi is released. There will be new design for covers worth to be fight for. Everyone seems eager to be the first of having the newest hobonichi on their hands. And sometimes, several covers are sold out within hours. 

This year, there are new improvement on their official website. There are different release days for the products, so the traffic was not so intense. 

We still have to wait for 3-4 months to be able to use the planner. I wonder why people are rushing to get what they want. I think it's passion. It really amaze me how a product (and a brand) can be successful like that. In this case, it's also a matter of excellent product quality.

hobonichi 2017

The Hobonichi package 2017 has arrived in my place today !! Yyaaayyyy !!

To be honest, I will order some more later. This batch is just to secure some of the things I really like. I haven't bought any of the planner (english version) nor the techo (japanese version) as they're always ready stock. It's not the case for the cover. For instance, I really like the colour of this "sherbet" cover. Pale blue and pink.. aaww so cuuute. So I had to buy it now since it may run out of stock. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get the "ukrainian flower"..sold out under 24 hours since it was launched. Anyway, I don't know when it will be restocked. Hopefully better luck next time.

Well, these are what I bought for now..
- Techo cover "Sherbet" (plain plastic cover-on-cover included)
- Plastic cover-on-cover "Paris"
- Torinoha wood rubber stamps : expense tracker and boy-girl
- Plastic stencil/ruler (new design)
- Blue multipen (red-black-blue) Uni-ball

Actually, I might have that blue pen for free if I  buy a bundle of cover and planner. So why didn't I? Because I tried to avoid the excessive amount. We have to pay for custom for imported goods above US$50. This way, I don't have to pay for anything since they're all under US$50. Voila.

panmomo again

Setelah sekian lama absen ngga belanja di panmomo, baru-baru ini akhirnya order lagi. Itupun abis ngecek kondisi dompet yang masih mengijinkan. Tau kaan.. pas banget menjelang masa krisis tanggung bulan, plus takut kalap hehehehe..

Seperti biasa, pelayanannya cepet. Tapi kali ini super cepet banget. Ibaratnya, kemarin pesen + bayar, hari ini barang udah nyampe. Mantep banget. These are what I bought.

Animal Parent-Child Sticky Notes

Sticky note ini berbentuk induk hewan dan anaknya. Soooo cuuute.. Pilihannya ada gambar singa, beruang kutub, pinguin dan koala. Harga satuannya sekitar Rp 7 ribu.. Nggak mahal lah untuk benda lucu macam ini. Nah, kalo beli sekaligus 1 set isi 4 macem itu, harganya jadi Rp 24 ribu (hemat Rp. 4 ribu). Aaaahhh.. kebetulan banget. Emang nggak bisa milih mau beli yang mana, semua lucu.. Yaudah deh beli semuanya aja hihihi...

Stickers

Panmomo lagi banyak sticker lucu. Huhuhuu... bingung deh milihnya. Si Momoi yang lucunya kebangetan itu juga masih ada. Kalo diturutin, pasti pengen beli lagi, beli lagi. Jadinya, beli sticker Molang versi 1 dan versi 2 aja, karena si hamster gendut bernama Molang itu emang susah ditolak hahaha.. Oh iya, sama sticker Bungirl, si cewek lucu berkonde cepol yang lucu juga tampangnya. Pas buat diary yang isinya rada-rada romantis tapi konyol. Berhubung harga satuannya Rp 20 ribu, jadi ya udah dong yaaaa.. cukup 3 macem ini aja.

Notepad Scheduler

Benda berikutnya yang dibeli adalah 1 set square notepad (isi 3 macem) dan 1 daily notepad. Notepad berbentuk bujur sangkar seukuran (gede dikit dari) telapak tangan ini, ada yang untuk mencatat jadwal/rencana bulanan, mingguan, dan checklist sederhana. Harga satuannya Rp 10 ribu, tapi kalo beli 1 set, jadi Rp 25 ribu (hemat Rp 5 ribu). 

Notepad yang bulanan sebenernya agak aneh menurut saya.. garis-garis tebal dan terputusnya terbalik penempatannya. Nggak tau apakah semua cetakannya seperti itu atau saya aja yang pas dapetnya begitu. Anyway, I still can do something about it. Sebungkus notepad itu berisi 60 lembar.. lumayan deh, bisa buat 5 tahun, atau dibagi-bagi ke temen-temen.

Notepad yang weekly plan, bisa dipakai untuk nyatet jadwal sekolah/kuliah, reminder ada PR atau tugas apa aja. Bisa juga buat meal planer untuk ngerencanain menu makan seminggu, trus dibawa di dompet waktu belanja ke pasar. Jadi kan bisa sekaligus inget mau belanja bahan makanan apa aja. 

Kalo yang checklist sih, nggak usah dibahas 'kali. Kolomnya ada tanggal, deskripsi / content dan buat checking kalo udah selesai dikerjakan. Pas juga buat nyatet daftar belanjaan, daftar kerjaan, dll. 

Last but not least, adalah daily scheduler notepad. Berguna banget buat catatan pas lagi sibuk banget di sekolah atau di tempat kerja. Bagian bawahnya ada kolom kosong yang cukupan buat catetan rapat. Harganya Rp 16 ribu. Masih reasonable lah.

Masalahnya adalah.. barusan iseng lihat website panmomo lagi, daaaaannn... ada banyak washi tape baru. Nooooo... what am I supposed to do now? Huwaaaaa....

early hobonochi for 2015

For the upcoming year of 2015, I have prepared myself with the latest Hobonichi techo. Together with my sister and my colleague at work, we ordered 3 sets of planner.. with its cover and some other tidbits (templates, frixions and pencil board). As for me, I went crazy to get the supplementary weekly note, and address book as well. Not to mentions the card sleeve as well. It has arrived couple weeks ago, but I just have a chance to tell you about it now.

panmomo part deux

Libur lebaran kemarin, jadi keseringan browsing stationery. Ujung2nya, order belanja di Panmomo lagi deh. Soalnya, setelah dibandingin dengan beberapa toko online lainnya, Panmomo ini yang paling gampang cara pesennya (semua ada di website), gak perlu daftar2 bikin akun, bayarnya pun gampang (bank transfer) dan harganya kompetitif (alias lebih murah) dibanding toko lainnya.

Kali ini, barang2 yang saya beli adalah : 1 set sticker Pony Girl,  3 bookmark girly series, semester (half-year) study planner dan 2 Cookie Girl sticky notes. Total semuanya 100 ribuan udah termasuk ongkos kirim (via JNE).

Jadi, kalo ada teman atau kerabat yang ultah.. coba deh cari2 inspirasi kado di Panmomo. Eh, ada paket bundle (beberapa item barang sepaket) juga loh.. Harganya jadi lebih hemat dibanding beli satuan.

Bento&Co.

My main reason to order from Bento&Co was the Kaoiro stamp. Kaoiro is a rolling stamp for face expression we use for texting. For example (-_-") or (>_<) and many possibilities we can make from different combination. Actually, we can also find the stamp on the official gung website.. but Bento&Co offers free shipping for order more than 50 USD. So I take this chance to buy some other stuff ;)

Apart from Kaoiro stamp, I also bought mini washi tapes (in lot of four), deco rush (in set of three), a yellow onigiri box and Totoro utensil set (chopsticks and spoon). All of them finally exceed 50 USD.. so the shipping cost was free.

The shipment was quick. It was just a couple of weeks to arrive safely in my place. Really can't wait to try the stamp. I'll review and share about it later when I have time. \(^_^)/

diary stamps

Since I'm hoboniching, I begin to crave for rubber stamps, especially for planner or diary. From my observation, Japanese has clean and sleek diary stamps, while Korean has cute and girly stamps for diary. For Korean stamps, I stumbled upon a shop on Etsy. The owner of the shop is Mieryaw (in Shanghai) and she has tons of cute stamps and washi tapes. These are what I bought.

Bulan puasa seharusnya menahan hawa nafsu. Tapi tetep nggak tahan kalo lihat si Momoi yang kebangetan lucunya ini. Awalnya iseng ngabuburit sambil browsing stationery di internet. Kebetulan ketemu sama online shop bernama Panmomo. Barang-barang jualannya unik dan lucu, pelayanannya juga customer oriented alias ramah banget. Meskipun belinya via internet dan bayarnya via bank transfer (alias nggak ketemu orang lain atau penjaga toko).. tapi mereka rajin hubungi kita via sms. They speak our language. Tapi berhubung tanggung bulan, THR udah keburu habis, dan belom gajian, jadi belinya segini dulu aja deh yaaa hehehe..

I bought 1 Momoi Diary (will review it on my next post), 2 sets of Momoi stickers and 1 set (5 pieces) of animal bookmarks. I think the price is quite affordable. Harga diary / planner berkisar antara 35-60 ribu, sedangkan sticker rata-rata 20 ribuan.. Masih ada juga barang-barang lucu lainnya seperti mug, dompet kartu, tempat pensil, dll. dan masih masuk akal semua harganya. Panmomo akan mengirim pesanan kita melalui JNE, jadi nggak perlu kuatir pesanannya nggak sampai.. Ongkos kirimnya pun standar kurir, jadi nggak terlalu membebani total biaya yang harus dibayar.

This shop is definetely a keeper. I really appreciate their customer service. Mereka benar-benar berusaha untuk meyakinkan pelanggan, bahwa belanja di Panmomo itu gampang, aman, dan nyaman. Bravo Panmomo !!
